Excellent service
I’ve been a loyal customer at O’Reilly Auto Parts for a long time and usually have great experiences with the staff. I’ve been to locations in Kahului, Lahaina and Kihei and they’re generally helpful and professional. However, my visit yesterday was disappointing enough that I felt the need to share. When I gave my dad’s phone number (which I use every time I shop), the employee helping me, John, made a rude and completely unnecessary comment, saying he would name his dog after my dad. This is the rudest store on the island. They don’t answer the phone half the time and they are always in a don’t bother me mood. Hard to get any help from anyone at this store. 3 times in the last year and a half I left my items there and went to a different store because they were (to busy) to let me pay for my items.
Everytime when I need parts for my vehicle I go to O'Reilly's. They always have all and team are very friendly and useful.
