Staff was not helping customers which is funny considering they were fully staffed 5 people behind the counter doing nothing and 2 customers in the store plus a manager in the back off the store they were rude and talking behind customers back will not be going to this O'Reilly auto parts again the one located in front royal on the other hand was less staffed busier and staff was a whole lot more helpful and pleasant they try to help there customers
Tripp the counter guy was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Seriously, he rescued our vacation! I'm now a dedicated O'Reilly customer and would recommend them as a go-to parts dealership to everyone! Thanks, Tripp!
I have to give these guys five stars. The two gentlemen in the store were very helpful. This chain as opposed to many other car parts stores can use a photograph of your license plate and pull up the information about your vehicle. This proved extremely helpful because they could give us the correct brake size for our van which was still located in a friend’s shop.
