I was driving up I-81 and my voltage gauge started acting erratic and then the voltage started dropping. With a new battery I figured it had to be the alternator and I would not make it far if that was the case. I was very lucky to find this store just before closing time! My wife and I have purchased various items over the years from O’Reilly auto parts store number 6412 in Strasburg, Virginia. We’ve always been very pleased with the advice and help we have received. However, today the store manager, Richard, went above and beyond to help me with the situation. Thank you to very friendly and helpful employees in Strasburg location. It wasn’t not so easy to find bad fuse, but they found it and replaced with good one. I was so happy that my charger for the phone start working!
The manager and associate with the gray beard that helped me were absolutely wonderful. They helped me find the oil I was looking for and even put it in my car.
