I used like shopping at this place. Now since I've encountered the so-called manager, this establishment is repulsive, because he's rude and impolite.

Zachary at the Gray Hwy location, in Macon, GA, was such a BLESSING to me today. This young man installed wiper blades I purchased from O'Reilly. He was polite, quick, and when I offered to tip him, he replied, "No, thank you ma'am-- it's Mother's Day-- Happy Mother's Day." His mother is TRULY BLESSED to have such a respectful and honorable young man! :) Zachary is definitely a valuable asset to the O'Reilly's team!!!
