I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts on Saturday morning, and Douglas was a huge help! He came right out and assisted me with replacing the air filter in my car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service. I really appreciate the help and will definitely be coming back for future car needs!

I came in to get my light bulbs changed and Doug was really helpful and knowledgeable! And I was in and out in no time!
Usually they took care of me, but my last experience was horrible. Everything was messy and no one acknowledged me the whole time I was there. Will not be returning EVER. Since they didn’t want my business I’ll gladly give it to their competitors.
The manger, Stephanie, was so sweet and helpful. We got what we needed right away with her lovely help. I would highly recommend anyone who needs something for their car to stop by!
