Horrible customer service here at this O'Reilly's. Manager sold me an item and was all goody good with me for making his sale. I went back not long after to return the item since I figured the real issue after purchasing and once back at the store I immediately felt the room and attitude change from the same Manager. Instead of working with me and doing what's best for the customer, I was told "That's your fault for not getting the right item" and other things along those lines. This location has the most polite and helpful team, definitely my favorite place to shop for my Yukon parts and supplies. William has been very helpful and answers my questions so I was able to get my ride back on the road. Very thankful for him and his whole team.
