Shocked to see positive reviews from this place. Was treated the worst. Employee was free then a phone call came in which then took priority over me. Once I asked for the item and showed him what I wanted he scoffed at me. I was happy to give my $500 to auto zone down the street when they treated me with respect
Excellent service...but the wait time to checkout is ridiculous !
Went in to get a 2009 Ford Escape Rear Hatch actuator and was told they didn't have one in stock. I could wait 5-6 hrs while they got one from Dallas or go to another location. While in there I heard them tell this to several other customers. CHECK BEFORE YOU GO!
The staff here are incredibly helpful. Despite the store's busyness, I received prompt and courteous service.
