If I could give a lower star I would a guy work here name Dylan at 10:50 ignore me in line waiting for service and went to the person behind me I don’t know what the issue was but he seem mad at the world I spend a lot of money here and due to him I will no longer come back here I rather go to AutoZone instead I say go to AutoZone or Napa if you have problems

Really great not having to drive to Rosenberg on a weekend or in the evening when working on a project.
What is the matter with customer service when 2 ladies walk in needing assistance? This was a 2 day event just like auto zone across the street. The woman who worked there who we ended up with had the personality of ... sour grapes. Not helpful and genuinely put out. There was a young manager who was discreetly trying to be helpful BUT you could tell he was probably terrified of her and didn't want to "step-in" for fear of retribution. Folks, if you don't like your job, don't wear it on your face and disposition. Be grateful... read more
