Went into the store to have the labor claim processed after receiving the wrong parts at another store. the manager (Matthew) wasted my time pretending that he was unfamiliar with the form, but knew a great deal about it. He took my receipt to make a copy, 5 minutes later, no copy, and no Matthew. Another employee (Taylor) was asked to go and get my receipt. Terrible customer service and no professionalism.

Delivery,exemplary customer service,all the tools needed for task completion,and without a shadow of doubt the best possible price available for the parts needed. A job well done!
