extremely rude staff, when you are a 18 year ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC and are treated like you are stupid. I was in to open a business account but not now
Told me my issue was my battery. Sold me the most expensive battery, installed it, and assured me I’d be fine. Been broke down on the side of the road in 100° weather for two hours now. Even replaced the battery cable. Still won’t work. Now I have to call a tow truck and spend even more money on that and a mechanic to find out why it won’t start or, once jumped, stay running. Not going to trust them again.
