Robert is the Asst. Manager of the store in Independence Oregon. He is very knowledgeable and unfailingly helpful. Robert is also pretty good with turning brake rotors and drums. All of the folks at Oreilly are very professional, even when I ask dumb questions.

Robert is a rockstar! Prior to him helping me he was in the parking lot speaking with a gentleman about his truck. Robert came back into the store with the same customer and spoke in-depth about how to repair the gentleman‘s issue. He also recommended a nearby auto mechanic from my understanding. Then it was my turn and he seamlessly helped me repair my windshield wiper that broke off earlier today. Highly recommend and will definitely go back for my next windshield wiper or any other car question I had.
