Update 2/23/26 It is disappointing to see how much customer service at this store has declined over time. In the past, I have always had a positive experience when bringing in my light bulbs that are still under warranty. The staff consistently replaced them without hesitation or unnecessary questions. The process was simple, professional, and customer friendly. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different. When I went in to have a bulb replaced, the technician refused to do the work.
