Worst service ever! Will never return. I went in a few minutes before they closed to get a head light for my 4 runner. I gave the guy all the information for the bulb I needed. I went to the parking lot to replace and it was not the right bulb. It was just a couple of minutes after they closed and I was knocking on the door and the employees were ignoring me. Make sure to check your parts before buying them brand new. Bought 5 spark plugs and 4/5 of them were exchanged with used broken ones. Employees showed no care.
I came in today and was greeted by Dean, joel and Killean. They were all very polite and helpful. Every time I have been into this store they are always smiling and ready to help with whatever I need. These boys deserve a raise 😊
I would like to say on multiple times I have worked with Keegan. He has been super to work with. Unfortunately last week, I drew Dean for my customer service rep. First he has a hoodie on covering most of his face. He did not look at us and acted as if we were a bother to him. I don't recall him even addressing us with "How may i help you" or any type of greeting. He was not at all helpful. As I was asking questions he said "That's all I can do for you".
