I have never had a bad experience at ANY O'Reilly's. Sweet Home is no exception. To the people bashing on the manager and complaining about "never getting the right size serpentine belt"... It's important to understand the people are human. We have good days. We have bad days. And it's wholly unfair to name individuals in a PUBLIC review based on a single 10m interaction with someone. I’ve had good experiences at this location in person, but my phone interaction with tammy today was disappointing. I called after placing an online battery order to ask whether installation was available, and while I was explaining my question, the employee cut me off and said, “that was not a question,” in a tone that felt unnecessarily dismissive. I told her I would just cancel the order myself, but she canceled it before I even asked her to. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily hostile for a simple customer question.
Knowledgeable staff
Cant even get the right size serpentine belt for a 2006 Honda civic. Just ridiculous.
