Jacob and Jacob were amazing today....my vehicle wouldn't start at the end of my lunch break, my battery had died, I work for home health and hospice...the guys were headed to work and they stopped to help me and my boss...they even escorted me to the store and got a new battery put in my vehicle....thank you both so much!
Kaden and Matt were incredibly helpful today. I stopped in because my Jeep wouldn’t start, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They allowed me to take a starter pack home so I could get the Jeep running and bring it back to the store for testing. After running diagnostics, they quickly identified that my battery was bad. They replaced it on the spot and had me back on the road in no time. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and they made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
