On Friday July 24, I locked myself out of car due to remote to my 2022 Kia. Bryan was so helpful and nice. He put a battery in and wanted to make sure he put on correctly. My friend walked across street and the remote started. My friend and I hugged for his excellent customer service. He needs to be a manager so he doesn't have to work multiple jobs. I hope all your employees treat customer this way. Keep up the great customer service
