While we were on vacation, our scrap pan broke loose and was dragging on the ground while we were driving. The only place that was open was O'Reilly Auto Parts, and we’re so glad it was. Brandon was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to help remove the damaged part so we could safely get back on the road. His kindness and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a much better experience. We are very grateful for his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Brandon!
We are here visiting from over hours away and we were having a issue Brandon did everything to help and was super supportive let us use some tools and even let us use a jack without him we could of been stuck! Thank you so much Brandon for the help!
Customer service was great. Every one helped me find what I was looking for. The only reason it’s getting 4 stars is because there was a man wearing tie-die behind the counter and it made me uncomfortable…
