My name is John I was on lake Michigan dr this morning headed to a job site and my serpentine belt broke I could see your store I managed to get my truck turned into your store with no power brakes or steering! I went in store a young man and woman working found my parts the belt tension pulley was toast . They seem to always have the part on hand. But what's the point in their rewards system I buy from them all the time, always give them my number, and never seem to get any type of benefits from them. At least at AutoZone they give me $20 off every once in a while. What's up with that O'Reilly's?
