We went to O'Reilly's today and had Shane help us out about our vehicle's battery. Shane did the battery test and found out the battery was going and he suggested the proper battery for our vehicle. Great customer service from Shane and we recommend him when visiting the store.
I don’t typically leave reviews but I am so thankful for the experience I had at your Greenfield store recently. I was on my way home to NYC after skiing with my family for the weekend and one of our windshield wipers flew off the vehicle on the highway. We made it to the your location and Tiffany literally saved our day. She easily found the correct parts for my car and offered to install them without me even asking. Huge, ginormous, absolute shout out to Shane for saving my butt today. I drove half an hour to get a new battery and he was able to help diagnose the problem and save me a whole bunch of money and giant headaches when he definitely didn't have to do that.
