I called in to check on the warranty for the filters on my truck. Renee answered the phone she was nice but she had me on hold. ANGEL picked up the phone and I asked if she could look it up for me and she had the worst attitude for no reason. The lady mistook a fx35 for a ford 🤦♀️ and had the nerve to ask me can she do her job, I didn’t have an attitude I just asked if she can look it up from my phone number she replied can I do my job and my response no I’ll contact corporate.
