Mr. Pete was excellent. I called prior to arrival, Mr. Pete was more than educational and detailed with answering my questions. Upon arriving, Mr. Pete assisted without hesitation and to full satisfaction with putting headlights, both left and right side on my truck. I will not visit another parts store other than this one if it's within my reach. Customer service was fabulous and outstanding!
The few times I’ve come into this location, a young (tall) lady is always there. I’ve asked for the computer to check the light on my car before and she just handed me the computer w no direction… I asked her what I need to do and I went outside and did it myself… no big deal. The following time I go in there (today) she says the computer is only for a check engine light… the other employees seemed to believe her too and I proceeded to ask her again bc I’ve done it before… she said “well I don’t know what to tell you”.
