I needed battery testing.…..O’Reilly was the closest.I was nervous about the battery, I called first . This guy came out and had an attitude. He tested the battery and I said I want a new battery. He suggested a charger. Why charge a battery we KNOW is shot? To end up buying both? he kept looking at his watch irritated and his tone was nasty, patronizing. Sold me a blinker bulb and then while I struggled to replace it for almost an hour they all stood inside and watched instead of coming out and asking if I needed help or had any question's. Customer service is clearly lacking. Minimum wage job = minimum wage service apparently.
Went in this morning (rainy Monday morning) and purchased a headlight bulb for my Subaru. Employee that rang me out, Jordan, offered to replace it for me with a smile. The customer service blew me away! I was not expecting that, especially on a cold damp Monday morning. Thank you Jordan!
