Went to O’Reillys looking for a 2 inch receiver for the front of my 07 Ford Ranger, front 2 inch receiver for the front of the truck, they had it in stock, but the intended at the counter just kept walking away from me and when I asked him questions, he was just ignoring me, I left January 16, 2026

Came in for the first time. Middletown customer service was excellent. Myles was so helpful and patient. Than June offered to help me and put in my low beams and air filter. June was also so kind and professional.
Went to O'Reilly's in Middletown and was greeted by a very pleasant young man named Julian. He had a warm smile and a nice demeanor. We felt very happy being assisted by this young man.
