I needed battery testing.…..O’Reilly was the closest.I was nervous about the battery, I called first . This guy came out and had an attitude. He tested the battery and I said I want a new battery. He suggested a charger. Why charge a battery we KNOW is shot? To end up buying both? he kept looking at his watch irritated and his tone was nasty, patronizing.
