I am so deeply disappointed in this younger generation. I was shopping earlier and heard one of the young boys working there use the N-word right out loud.No respect or manners whatsoever. The management should be ashamed of who they hire. I will absolutely not be shopping there ever again! (He was white btw)
We came by to get a battery replacement for my Subaru Outback and Tanner was kind enough to swap our battery out for us even after it started raining! We felt bad but he refused our offer to hold an umbrella for him and worked quickly and efficiently.
I had an experience today that truly restored my faith in kindness. I ran out of gas and went into O’Reilly Auto Parts in Middleton to buy a gas can, and the manager, Chris, went completely out of his way to help me. He personally went to the gas station, bought gas for me, brought it back, and even put it into my vehicle for me. In a stressful moment, his compassion and willingness to help meant more than words can express.
