Back when Elvis worked there it was a pretty damn good parts store. Used to go in so much they knew my by name. Now they have all these ,inexperienced ,couldn't hack it as a mechanic young punks that think they're made of sugar and might melt in the rain. Customer service has really went down hill. Used to they might help you do a charging test or let you borrow the tester for 5 minutes to do it yourself when they're busy. Now you're pretty well screwed.
