A total mess. Short staffed, horrible attitude, not one care given in reference of customer support/service with the excuse of we are only 2 servicing the store… like if that is the customers problem. Manager Offered me to wait until after noon so there could have more people. Kindly asked for a ratchet to remove my battery and was told “what you see on that tool box… that’s all we have” tried to buy the socket and the guy goes… need to get on the line. This happen Tuesday 0CT 21 at 11:20am there was ton of employees on the clock. I could hear them in the back. There was one guy at the counter Matthew the manager! I saw about 10 people walk out of the store. What horriable customer service. I don't know how they say in business. The owner or head Manager needs to get them some help!
