Drove my car perfectly fine on the O'Reilly parking lot to get my battery changed. The service technician was amazing! Very nice and helpfull. He went in to change my battery and then told me to start her up.... Nothing. My car was completely dead. No fan, no radio, nothing. He at this point called someone out to see if they had ever encountered this issue which of course they had not.
