Fantastic service from, given the knowledge, I assume the manager. Managed to find a battery to match by just looking and sizing the one I had. Fantastic!!
3 people working and only one could check me out but he was on the phone. Stood there for 5 minutes, was never acknowledged before I decided just to leave. Is this the type of customer service yall provide?
Never had a problem getting a motorcycle battery since I’ve owned my bike since 2001… the clerk showed me a replacement battery that he said was the same but the posts weren’t right- I tried explaining the metal piece that fits over the post and told him that the battery he pulled wouldn’t work and he said he had no idea what I was talking about and was condescending… didn’t look up my bike like they normally would… I won’t come back to your shop again.
