Car smoking as I pulled into the parking lot of o’reilly’s. As I am from SC and immediately panicked ! I was so pleased and relieved to have everyone treat me so good and all were helpful. Even offering a chair for me to sit on inside while I waited for a tow truck and uber to go to pick up rent a car. They were all so understanding and nice. Would give more stars if I could. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE!!
My ac went out while driving. Pulled off I-95 to diagnose it and when i went in all the staff were very friendly and were helping me solve the issue. Let me use a few tools to fix a broken wire and the restroom even has to good hand soap that gets all the oil off your hands. Thanks yall for the help btw.
Local parts store. They deliver, quickly. Very seldom don’t have a part we need. Customer service is awesome. Especially Morgan. Always smiles.
