Ok so we were on a trip, the coolant light came on upon getting in the parking lot of this establishment the car started smoking and leaking. Had to wait on a tow. The technician at Oreilly came out asked if we were ok he also offered to take a look at the situation. He invited us in. I forgot his name but he had a well manicured beard. He continued to check on us. We were so appreciative. This is to thank him so very much. Keep shining your light Sir.
