I use to love orieleys because of their incredible system and warranty policies but something happened now all my purchases aren't showing up. That means no warranties. So my $450 wheel bearing that a bought a couple months ago has no warranty now. Don't trust their system! Get a receipt take a picture of it. Front desk lady was nice. Only reason for 2 stars.
The mgr on duty when I was there was great. Quite knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Thanks for all your help Brittany
