Had such a great experience up here with Josh. He's the store manager. Solid guy. They didn't have the part I needed, so he let me borrow his personal tool. Most parts store won't put their neck out there like that. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.
I usually hate parts stores, especially the large chain ones, BUT I absolutely won’t go anywhere else other than the Oreily’s in Timmonsville, SC. The Mgr there, Josh, was the only person that helped me when he was in Florence. He got moved to Timmonsville, and my business, my family, and everyone we know have moved any business we do over there with him. We just went to the store in Timmonsville S.C. for brakes and rotors. The employee, Josh, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. My dad, who is 82 and hard of hearing, was thankful Josh offered to take the parts to his truck. I am post neck surgery and in a neck brace and Josh just saw the help was needed and did not hesitate. You guys need to keep him as long as you can and if it was up to me, he needs a raise. Good help is hard to find anymore and you have great help in Josh!
