when it comes to questions they can be a smart ass especially the lady on the phone i just asked simple question and it’s all smart remarks i obviously know you guys are not garage don’t have to laugh anyways ill def go to napa where the customers service are way nice
Pathetic Went to have to purchase wipers and have them installed. I thought it would be quick and painless. Wrong ! The counter person with the man bun did not seem to enthusiastic about helping me. So I ended up leaving and going to another automotive store to have them installed. This is the first time at the Wilbraham store and I won’t be returning anytime soon .

I stopped in O'Reilly's to buy replacement headlight bulbs for my RAV4. The salesperson was very courteous and knowledgeable. The price point was good, and I certainly will return for any other car parts needed. Thank you
