Needed a product fast called Kyle knew exactly what I needed. He had it there when I went to pick it up. He was fast efficient, and then explained to me how to add the product to properly! Very helpful he went above and beyond-Thank you! Kyle!
Outstanding service from Jay! I came in completely lost with a part number from another store, but Jay stepped up immediately, cross-referenced the number, and got me the exact part I needed. On top of that, he helped me recycle my used oil and filters and went way above and beyond by gracefully handling a spill I accidentally made. You don't find customer service like this very often anymore—Jay is a huge asset to this store!
