A few years back, my wife, 2 year old, and I were on our way back to Texas from Pensacola. My drive belt snapped just past buccees. We punched in the closest O’reily’s and made it to this location. I told the staff what was going on, got the belt, they lended a hand and were very accommodating for any tool I needed. Unbelievably polite and professional. I don't care for the younger team members there. They just give you weird looks.
They are always so nice and helpful. They also usually always have the parts I need and if not they will get it from another store or order it for me. If I have questions about the part or the job they always help me out with that too. This location is the one I use always!
