I’ve been a customer at O’Reilly Auto Parts for several years, but after my recent experiences, I will not be returning. The assistant manager clearly has no interest in helping customers and acts like any request is an inconvenience. Customer service used to be the reason I came here, but that is no longer the case. Very rude old lady. My husband pulled up a little bit before they closed and a very nice young man helped place the machine on our vehicle. Everything checked out fine but apparently they were discussing the purchase of an item. My husband had already left the store. The guy opens the door and asks my husband if he wants to go ahead and buy the item. At this point it is now closing time.
