Dason and Ezekiel are the best! I bought the wrong part and Dason helped me return the wrong one and get the correct part. Great customer service! (Did the receipt survey for you!) Really disappointed with lack of Aloha… sister to sister, when we plead you to use the restroom it doesn’t take you anything to show kindness and grace … I’ve been coming here for several years in n out and the employees in past have always been kind and come to help change out my windshield wipers because I am a paying customer (or they always ask if need I help) and when I come in the store I’m asked if I need help on arrival vs being stared at like I was today… they also have allowed me to use the bathroom before twice vs... read more

Super service. My car didn't start on 12/08, Sunday morning. I was in the parking lot by CVS. I walked into O'Reilly's and asked for help. The young man (sorry, didn't get his name), without hesitating, walked back to my car with me and jump started it. His knowledgeable and friendly demeanor helped to ease my stress. Mahalo nui!
