Helpful and Friendly.
Super service. My car didn't start on 12/08, Sunday morning. I was in the parking lot by CVS. I walked into O'Reilly's and asked for help. The young man (sorry, didn't get his name), without hesitating, walked back to my car with me and jump started it. His knowledgeable and friendly demeanor helped to ease my stress. Mahalo nui!
Always have what I need and answers questions and maintenance guidance and advice
I've always had a high opinion of this store, so much so that I routinely brought them snacks, etc., in the past. Today I had a much different experience. I politely approached the manager to ask a simple question and she said in a very abrasive manner "stand in line, someone will be right with you." All I wanted to do was ask a simple question. I was greeted as I walked in and was helped immediately. I had options to choose from, I had no idea. Erickson took the time to walk to my car and figure out what type of battery I needed and installed it. It took all of 20 minutes in total.
