The young lady and manager at this store was very helpful and nice while trying to fit the bulb in my impossible headlight. They went so far above being helpful thar I will purposely always go to an O'Reillys for my automotive needs. They absolutely made a customer today.
Went in there looking for a tool for my truck, three employees at the time, I went to ask the blonde female employee for help, from the beginning she looked irritated she sighed and walked over, the whole interaction she was very unpleasant. From the entire treasure valley this is by far the worst location. Keep away, drive half a mile and go to auto autozone instead
Took my battery in to charge and they told me my battery was bad. And I needed a new one. And would I like to buy one of theirs. So I took my battery over Sterling battery and had them check it out. There's nothing wrong with my battery. Pretty damn shady.
Always knowledgeable and friendly.
