I was having a really bad day - just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, my battery died. I visited the O’Reilly’s on Maricamp in Ocala, and Corey (Cory) got me the battery I needed and Rafael (Raphael?) installed it. These gentleman were SO kind, not to mention efficient and knowledgeable and QUICK to get the job done while also taking care of SEVERAL customers. Talk about impeccable customer service!
I've gone there for car problems. So far, it's 50/50.
