Called to find out if store had headlight bulb I needed. Provided necessary info to clerk who answered, ie bulb number (9006), 12 v, 51 w. He said they had that number, but couldn't be bothered to check other specs. Given I live 8 miles out of town, the additional information would have been helpful to avoid a wasted trip. Poor customer service to say the least.
