My truck overheated this weekend and I found a hole in my radiator hose. It was a Saturday so no car repair shops were open. Manager James, was there and not only did he figure out what part I needed but he came outside and got right in there to fix it with some ingenuity and craftsmanship. I am beyond grateful. He went above and beyond my expectations.
