I was referred to O’Reilly Auto Parts by an auto repair shop to buy a part needed for a tow dolly repair. I had a tight window since I was only in the area for a couple days. I brought the worn part to the store and Dave Christian helped me immensely going above and beyond to find a part. He was unable to locate a perfect match, but he found a suitable replacement that worked for the repair shop. If I lived here, I would be a repeat customer.
Very helpful. Nicer than other 2 stores I have been to. Steven very professional and great customer service.
