I want to give a big thank you to Nathan at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Moab for being extremely helpful and professional. He replaced my car battery for free since it was still under warranty and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service — truly appreciated!
Very recently 5 of my best friends and I traveled, in two cars, from Cascade Locks, Oregon to Florida. We ran into a problem with one of the vehicles and stopped at O’Reillys in Moab, Utah. A gentleman named Nathan was more than happy to help us. He did a diagnostic, and discussed a couple of options. We left feeling very secure with the rest of our trip. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. If anyone has a problem in Moab, I highly recommend Nathan.

The two ladies who were working there Friday night, 12/19/25, were Cary knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. They allowed us to borrow some tools to make the fix we needed. They also were very patient in locating the part we needed and brought similar items to the counter for us to look at. We were also allowed to make the repair in their parking lot and afterwards they let us use their clean up sink in the back.
Nathan is super helpful. We had a leaking tire and he offered great suggestions and help to get it fixed.
