Yesterday, April 5, I stopped in to by replacement Low Beams for my car. They were extremely helpful. I sat in the parking lot to change them out. I have a brace on one of my wrists so it was difficult for me to reach in and change the bulbs out. One of the employees came out and helped me install the new bulbs and even cleaned off my head lights for me. Good people that are very helpful. 10/10
My husband and I had just gotten into Moab for a vacation. When I tried to restart the car at about 7:30 p.m. the battery was dead. I called this O'Reilly location and Nathan answered. We were about a 30 minute walk away from the store with no way to get to the store in time and no tools to change the battery. He told me if I ordered the battery online so he could pull it for store pick-up that he would meet us after he was off the clock to help us jump our car and install our new battery!
