The staff were very nice and professional. Any questions that I had were answered and explained.
I am not sure if my part works or not yet, but I will say this, Darrel from here has went above and beyond to find an ECM for my husbands truck. I have called the orielys closest to me but after two weeks of dealing with them, I called Trinity Tx. And Darrel had me a part after about 30 mins and has kept me in the loop the whole time!!!
