There were probably 8 people working inside. Not one of them offered to assist me with my car. I don't know why I expected it. No one really assists customers beyond the sale anymore. I never like to rate any business poorly, but there were so many inside and I struggled to put the fluids in my car. I then had to add air to one of my tires, so I was there for a bit of time. I could do it all myself, but I guess I was just disappointed.

We were driving from Amarillo to Austin and caught a chip in the windshield an hour into our drive. We didn’t want it to get worse, so we stopped in to this store. The salespeople were fantastic. They knew exactly where the windshield repair kit was, explained how to use it, and assured us that it was a fix we could easily do. Spent $20 on the kit and it saved us the almost $300 that a windshield replacement would’ve cost. I doubt I’ll be in Childress again, but if I am and my car has trouble, I’ll know where to go.
