So, me and a friend went yesterday (05/30/25) to get a noise listened to and a suggestion and see the codes thrown. Um, I saw an employee that didn't APPEAR to be busy (appearances can be deceiving, but still), so I asked if he could help. He looked at us, rolled his eyes, asked what was wrong. Um, okay.
