He went above and beyond not only to install my battery but also added terminal protection spray. Had a bad experience with a former employee a while back. Today I was met by Neil and the manager Chris. Neil was committed to making things right and was great to deal with! O'Reilly Auto parts is now my preferred auto parts store. Thank you again Neil for everything!
