The salesperson was incredibly friendly and really tried to help. Even with a photo and car details, they couldn’t identify the part, but the customer service was excellent overall.
The other night my van was overheating.I went to o'reilly's and thought I needed some fluid.There were two employees there named tim and Lucas. They were incredible. They went above and beyond. They came out, looked at my Van found the real problem, which was a hole in the radiator guided me and gave me advice on the best thing to do. And products to get. They then stayed past closing to help me out. By patching my radiator so I could get somewhere safe. They were incredible every O'reilly's I've ever been to has been excell... read more
