I can't tell you how blessed I feel to have gone to this store and to have had Eric help me!! As I entered the store, I thought, "here I am with very little knowledge and the salesman can really take advantage of this situation". I figured I needed a battery and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I want to thank David for his extraordinary customer service. I was traveling from Henderson, NV to Ivins, UT when a square piece of steel punctured my left rear tire. David not only provided exceptional service helping me pick out what I needed to plug the puncture but also helped me repair the tire. His friendly help and pleasant attitude made it possible for me to get home without further incident.
This store has by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in an auto parts store. As a young woman I’ve been given the run around at similar stores in other areas and the service here is unmatched. I came in for wipers and Randy went over and above to find what I was looking for and was even so kind as to install them for me, what a guy! Highly recommended. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. My wife went in to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Overton, NV with questions about windshield wipers and also needed a new car battery.
