Very helpful and well stalked
I've worked in customer service off and on for years, and it has never been okay to call a customer stupid, even when they are in the wrong, and are ignorant in regards to the situation. But certainly not when they are correct. Absolutely horrible customer service, even from the manager. If you are going to call people trying to buy something from your establishment insulting names, especially when you can barely manage to do your own job correctly, you have no business in customer service.
