Very helpful and pleasant
I brought my car in right before they were supposed to close but Justin was more than happy to help me with my car issues. His customer service deserves more than 5 stars! It was a quick fix thanks to his willingness to help!
Very helpful and well stalked
I've worked in customer service off and on for years, and it has never been okay to call a customer stupid, even when they are in the wrong, and are ignorant in regards to the situation. But certainly not when they are correct. Absolutely horrible customer service, even from the manager. If you are going to call people trying to buy something from your establishment insulting names, especially when you can barely manage to do your own job correctly, you have no business in customer service.
