I came in to the store yesterday to have my battery tested, and I had the pleasure of meeting Kurt, The store manager. He Not only tested my battery And also walk me through the process of showing me that’s the battery was bad But being that my car Is a Mercedes and they can’t change those batteries, he took his time and called a shop that could And were able to get me in asap.
