The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful with finding what I need anytime I have been there. I wouldn't get my parts anywhere else. The store is always clean and organized. This is the best Auto parts store in Gaston County
Went by this location today for them to tell me why my check engine light was on. The guy didn't even know where or how to plug the tester up to my car! If you are going to hire people!!!!! At least train them! It was a waste of my time!! If you want good customer service and you have something this simple! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!!! Only reason I gave one start is because I couldn't post this without giving something. What you deserve is a minus 100!!!!!!
