I rolled in here on 5 cylinders - an ignition coil went out on my way to Dallas and the manager Sam helped me out and was so knowledgeable, he even helped me understand an issue I’ve been having with my car for years that nobody else had mentioned! He was so polite and helpful. Thank you!

Customer service varies between employees but they are all mostly knowledgeable
I broke down right by their location and they tried very hard to locate the part O needed for my repairs. They were so nice and helpful!!
I don't comment much on my positive or negative interactions with companies. However, this one I have been thinking about for 2 days and I must comment! O'Reilly has an amazing employee that is self motivated. Hard to find in today's society (IMHO). Anyways Tony the assistant manager deserves a promotion and maybe running his own store or better yet moved up to corporate for training other stores how things should be done!
