i was in the store a week ago to get stuff to work on my sons car the people there were very helpful. they helped me with everything i needed. the gentleman Zac that was helping me was patient and understanding when i was explaining what i needed. i would definitely recommend this store.
I went there to get a wiper blade for the back window of my wife's GMC Acadia. After buying the wiper, I asked the worker to put it on since they say free wiper blade installation. He said no we don't do those ask my boss he will tell you the same. The boss said no we don't put blades on. I got a refund and left. I go to the Lexington store and buy the same wiper blade and ask them to put it on, the guy said sure and went out and put it on. There are clowns who work at the Welcome store, stay away. Service is horrible.
To begin with couple of months ago I bought an alternator for one of my vehicles,,turned out to be a bad one! Which I thought I have bought bad parts before so I let it go but last week I wanted to tune up my truck which when I started on the spark plugs after changing three I noticed that I was sold THREE different types of plugs,,,so I went to another parts store and was showing them guy told me he could show me on their computer that non of the spark plugs I was sold by O'Reilly even went to my type of truck,,,,all I'm sa... read more
