I have had several great interactions with the gentlemen at this location. They value your business and do not mind explaining how things work, and they do so without making me feel patronized or unintelligent. The asst manager is particularly good at helping you find the best product available within your price range. He definitely knows auto parts and I value his opinion in my purchases. Everyone was friendly and try to help and the store was clean and great have to say nices store i been in
I called on a Thursday to have some paint mixed. Person said that it would be ready and I told them I would be there Saturday morning to pick it up. Guess what, it wasn't ready and none of the employees knew anything about it. When someone has a schedule to get a job done and it has to be postponed because the lack of someone not doing their job, it kinda pisses me off. When the Lance's owned it, never had to wait on something.
