Went to Magee Store on Sept 17 to get a new battery for Chevy. ALL the staff were very helpful and kind. One employee was looking things up, another one got the brush and connectors, and another took the battery to the back. Mean while, another employee advised me that I had made a good choice. These employees at O'Reilly, Magee, Went OUT of their WAY to provide great customer service. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes.... PK, Great Job on Managing a Great STAFF.
I,m giving a shout out to the two guys that were there on Sunday afternoon, June 8. I was passing through and a dash light came on. The young man who put the machine on my car was so kind, and helpful! Both of them assured me I would be ok to get home. And I was! Thank you!
