I ordered a part and called to see if it came in a few days after they told me it would. I didn't complain to the gentleman I only mentioned that I didn't get a call and was just checking if it had come in. He told me "if they did that they would be calling people all day". I didn't realize they get so many local customer orders in all day like that.
